The Workout.

Got 60 minutes? That’s all it takes to transform your entire body.

In each class, you target your muscles head-to-toe, working them to exhaustion, then stretch them out, creating the long, lean muscles that used to be reserved only for dancers. Using your own body weight as resistance and the barre for balance creates a formula for a narrowed waistline, lifted butt, lean thighs and sculpted arms.

Open Barre

Our classic barre class, appropriate for all. Built on the iconic Lotte Berk method, Open Barre fuses yoga, Pilates, core conditioning, and interval strength training for a total body sculpting workout.

Mini Barre

Mini Barre

Mini time commitment, maximum results! This 45-minute class mirrors Open Barre but moves at a quicker pace, toning and sculpting head-to-toe with less stretching for a heart-pumping, challenging workout.

Barre 360

Barre 360 is a 60-minute strength training class with a fluid format, moving directly from one muscle group to the next, working 360 degrees all around the body. The focus is on longer series with multiple changes throughout, followed by a well-deserved 5-minute stretch at the end.

Ok, technically not a class, but bring your monkey to the barre! Your child will play in a closely supervised area just steps away from you as you take class. Reservations are required to maintain a small supervisor-to-child ratio.

Rachel and Paula are amazing owners (and instructors). They set up the studio with a positive environment, hire awesome instructors, and deliver each time you attend a class. Never any negative energy, you leave feeling great for the accomplishment you just made. Don’t worry if you’re older (like me) or have had joints replaced (like me) because each class can be modified to fit your needs. All the instructors are awesome at that. In the end, The Barre Studio is AWESOME and I recommend this spot, these owners, these instructors to anyone who wants a great workout.
