Open Barre

Our classic barre class, appropriate for all. Built on the iconic lotte berk method. Open barre fuses yoga, pilates, core conditioning + interval strength training for a total body sculpting workout.

Mini Barre

Mini Barre

Mini time commitment, maximum results! This 45 minute class has the same focus as open barre for those who are pressed for time: class will move at a quicker pace to tone & sculpt you head-to-toe, while reduced stretching time results in a more challenging feel that keeps your heart rate up the whole class!

Cardio Sculpt

This 60 minute total body interval-based class will alternate between strength-focused and cardio-focused intervals to create the perfect combination of signature barre sculpting and heart-pumping cardio, serving as your one stop shop for your fitness goals! This class is open to all levels: as with all of our classes, we offer a range of options that can be customized to meet you where you are at today.

Barre 360

Barre 360 is a 60 minute strength training class with a fluid format, moving directly from one muscle group to the next, working 360 degrees all around the body. The focus will be on longer series with multiple changes throughout, with everything being followed up by a well-deserved 5 minute stretch at the end.

Barre Burn

Want to take your barre burn to the next level? This advanced level barre class is designed with you in mind! We strongly recommend clients attend at least 5-10 open level barre classes before joining us this faster-paced, one-hour intense class utilizing our basic barre movements with more challenging variations, repetitions and sets.

Specialty Classes / Super Saturdays

It’s time to take your workout (and all your hard work) to the next level at the barre! Introducing super saturdays: one saturday each month, we will offer a new and exciting specialty class that will focus on toning up and chiseling out a specific part of your body – it’s barre class like you’ve never seen it before! Join us for offerings like Muffin Top Blast, Biceps + Buns, Lower Body Burn, Take it to the Mat and Triple Threat, a revolutionary combination of barre cardio and yoga!  These spots fill up quickly so be sure to reserve your spot!

Monkey Barre

Ok, technically not a class, but bring your monkey to the barre! Your child will play in a closely supervised area steps away from you as you take class! Reservations required to keep a small supervisor-to-child ratio.
