open barre

our classic barre class, appropriate for all. built on the iconic lotte berk method. open barre fuses yoga, pilates, core conditioning + interval strength training for a total body sculpting workout

mini barre

mini time commitment, maximum results! this 40 minute class has the same focus as open barre for those who are pressed for time: class will move at a quicker pace to tone & sculpt you head-to-toe, while reduced stretching time results in a more challenging feel that keeps your heart rate up the whole class!

HIT the barre

HIT (High Intensity Training) the barre with this 55 minute interval-based cardio class that will rev your heart rate, get you sweating and tone you head-to-toe. this fast-paced class takes our classic sculpting barre positions, amps them up and mixes in cardio bursts, resulting in the perfect combination of a fat-burning, muscle-sculpting, metabolism-boosting fix

* Recommended to have attended 5 open barre classes previously; HIT the barre is fast-paced and draws on your previous experience of our open barre position, postures and form

get ready to burn, shake, and sweat! we have combined all you love about our classic open barre class with a heart-pumping cardio blast to give you the best of both worlds! each class will consist of a super-charged 30 minute barre strength session designed to chisel and define your upper body, thighs, seat and core (classic barre, at a quicker pace) and a 30 minute cardio blast that focuses on bigger movements at a faster pace designed to rev your heart rate, and engaging multiple muscle groups at a time for maximum efficiency. 

barre essentials

new to barre or just want to really focus on your form?  our barre essentials class will take you on a deliberate and thoughtful, but no less effective, journey towards your barre fitness goals!  expect a gentler feel to class but the same opportunity to become a stronger, leaner version of you!

ashtanga yoga

bring your mat to the barre and embrace the opportunity to realign, sweat, cleanse, stretch, strengthen, focus and meditate. ashtanga is an energetic form of yoga that focuses on a series of flowing body movements combined with attention to a specific breathing technique. we welcome anyone to practice with us from the first-timer to the master yogi: all that is needed is a willingness to practice and breathe. 

specialty classes / super saturdays

it’s time to take your workout (and all your hard work) to the next level at the barre! introducing super saturdays: one saturday each month, we will offer a new and exciting specialty class that will focus on toning up and chiseling out a specific part of your body – it’s barre class like you’ve never seen it before! join us for offerings like Muffin Top Blast, Biceps + Buns, Lower Body Burn, Take it to the Mat and Triple Threat, a revolutionary combination of barre cardio and yoga!  these spots fill up quickly so be sure to reserve your spot!

ok, technically not a class, but bring your monkey to the barre! your child will play in a closely supervised area steps away from you as you take class! reservations required to keep a small supervisor-to-child ratio
